I don't see any tracking information!

Standby - we may not yet have dispatched your order for some reason.
1. First - ensure that you did choose a tracked shipping option! Standard surface mail cannot be tracked
2. Second check your order status by logging into your account
3. Then give the tracking app a day or two to be updated by our shipping providers
4. If after a day or two you don't see an update - make sure you contact us!
